Ticketing Pricing

We only earnwhen you sell

No subscription, no setup fee, no per-seat licences. Ticketing costs a fee per ticket sold — and free tickets stay free.

The model

A price list you can predict before the season starts

Software priced per month asks you to pay the same in February as in your festival week, and software priced per seat charges you for the box office staff you only have on the night. Entrello charges a fee on the tickets you actually sell , agreed in advance and deducted from the settlement — so the cost of the system moves with the size of the event.

What that means

Nothing to pay before your first sale

Set up the shop, build a seating plan, run the whole thing past your board — none of that costs anything. The first invoice follows the first ticket.

Guest lists, press accreditations, complimentary seats for the sponsor, a free children’s matinee: a ticket with no money on it carries no fee. You are not taxed for being generous.

  • No fee on free tickets

Every feature, on every plan

Seating plans, time slots, the box office, the scanner app, wallet tickets, reports: there is no tier that unlocks them. What differs between a village hall and a festival is volume, not access.

  • Unlimited events, users and devices
  • Payouts, reports and settlement included

Good to know

Questions people ask before they sign

So what does a ticket actually cost?

The fee depends on what you sell and how much of it — a house doing twelve nights a year and a festival doing forty thousand tickets should not pay the same rate. We agree it with you in advance, in writing, before anything goes on sale. Ask us and you get a number, not a discovery call.

Who pays the fee — us or the visitor?

Nobody is handed a surprise at the checkout. With the base-price calculator you define every charge that is relevant for your organisation — presale, service, payment costs, whatever your house works with — and Entrello builds the ticket price out of them. The visitor sees one price with everything in it; your settlement and your VAT report still show each part on its own line.

When do you take your fee?

It is deducted from the settlement rather than invoiced separately, so you never pay for tickets before the money for them has arrived. The report shows gross, fee and payout per event.

When do we get the money?

The day right after the event. And in a single run rather than in dribs and drabs: one transfer covers the event, so the amount that lands in your bank account equals the sales report for it. That is deliberate — your accountant reconciles one figure instead of a few hundred ticket sales.

Is there a tier table?

No, deliberately. A three-column table would overcharge the small house and underserve the large one, and it would put half of what Entrello does behind a column nobody wants to buy. Every organiser gets every feature.

What about payment fees?

Payment provider fees are included in our fees.

Can we leave?

Any time, and with your data. There is no minimum term, and your visitors, orders and reports export in formats you can actually use.
